PAFA holds monthly meetings that all parents and staff are welcome to attend. Items discussed range from fundraising, upcoming events, volunteer needs, and budgeting decisions.

Bylaws Committee Update
We're sharing proposed updates to the PAFA bylaws, developed by a committee over the past two months. Thank you to those who contributed their time and perspective to this work.
Ahead of the upcoming PAFA meeting, we invite you to review the draft and submit:
Clarifying questions about how the bylaws would work in practice
Any significant concerns, gaps, or unintended consequences that could affect adoption
At this stage, we are not seeking line edits or wording suggestions, as the committee has already worked to align the draft with PAFA practices, industry best practices, and NVUSD guidelines.
Please submit your feedback to secretary@willowpafa.com. Any feedback received by Thursday April 16, 2026 will be reviewed by the committee and responded to in advance of the meeting, in writing with the meeting agenda. Any feedback received between April 17, 2026 and the meeting will be responded to during the meeting.
At the meeting we will focus on clarifying questions and any new substantive concerns, with the goal of keeping the discussion focused and efficient. At the end of the agenda item on April 21, 2026, membership will be requested to take action on the proposed bylaws amendments.
